In March we were joined in discussion by Carolyn Harris MP, Will Prochaska from Gambling with Lives and Charles Napier, Director at Atticus Partners, where we explored the type of reform needed within the gambling industry.
Delayed for over 2 years, the discussion explored the White Paper into gambling reform, its failures and where the gaps still lie within gambling legislation.
The discussion heard perspectives from across the industry, survivors and victims of gambling, providing powerful and in-depth testimony of especially the need for safeguarding measures whilst using on-line gambling sites.
We’re looking forward to holding a similar discussion in the near future, as we explore what’s next following the release of the government’s white paper on Gambling.
