Rule #1- Stay at home to stop coronavirus spreading and protect or NHS Rule #2 – wash your hands with soap and water often – do this at least 20 seconds Rule #3 – use hand sanitiser gel if soap and water are not available Rule #4 – cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your sleeve (not your hands) when you cough or sneeze Rule #5 – put used tissues in the bin immediately and wash your hands afterwards Rule #6 – try to avoid close contact with people who are unwell Rule #7 – DO NOT touch your eyes, nose or mouth if your hands are not clean Stay at home Protect the NHS Save lives!
