Fatima Kamara

Fatima is a senior management executive within the NHS where she started working as a nurse over a number of years. She has a broad skill base in the health and social sector, having worked both in the private, public, voluntary and third sector. Her areas of speciality within the NHS is Quality Assurance, Clinical Governance, Patient Safety, Risk Management & Commissioning She works on medium to large projects for the NHS across the board and has managed and worked with large teams of colleagues in both Service Redesign and Serious Incident Investigation.

Fatima is also a SME owner working with locations in East & West London working closely with care experienced young adults aged 16-21 years old who are leaving foster care, had problems with the judiciary system, leaving prison, asylum seekers, under Section 20 in supporting them to get back to employment, training, education and also teaching them life skills to be able to live on their own independently.

She is a mother, a School Governor & a previous parish councillor and the BAME Lead for her CLP.
