I am writing with support for your members. This last year has been particularly hard for small and medium size businesses. I know from discussion with such businesses in Islington that there is a great deal of anxiety about their current position, and fear for the future.
In Islington the Council has done all it can to support SMEs, for example by distributing Government grants and offering rent holidays. I know that private landlords have not been so accommodating and the anxiety that this is causing.
